5. Shipping and Return Costs
- MAX MALE Error: If a return results from an error on our part, we cover all shipping and refund processing costs.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is initiated without fault on MAX MALE’s part, the customer is responsible for shipping, return, and processing costs.
6. Product Authenticity Assurance
- Authenticity Guarantee: For any authenticity concerns, we liaise with the manufacturer for direct verification.
- Counterfeit Compensation: If confirmed counterfeit, we compensate the customer with five times the product’s purchase price.

7. Products with Short Shelf Life
- Return Ineligibility: Products with a short shelf life (discounted over 25%) are not eligible for return.

8. Special International Orders
Special orders imported at the customer’s request are generally not eligible for return unless the following conditions apply:
