MAX MALE offers free shipping on all orders—regardless of order size or location. This includes deliveries within the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Our free shipping policy is designed to enhance your shopping experience and add value to each purchase.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are processed daily, except on Fridays and public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM are shipped the same day.
  • Processing times may vary based on demand, but we strive to fulfill all orders promptly.

For urgent orders, please reach out to Customer Service or your designated pharmacist to discuss the possibility of extending processing times.

3. Shipping Options and Carriers

We use reputable carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Below are our main delivery partners by region:

Egypt:

  • Aramex
  • SMSA Express
  • MAX MALE Staff (in select Greater Cairo areas)

4. Expected Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times can vary depending on location and carrier. Here are the typical timeframes:

  • Greater Cairo (Nearby Areas): Same-day or next-day delivery (up to 48 hours in rare cases).
  • Greater Cairo (Distant Areas): Next day or within 48 hours (up to 72 hours in rare cases).
  • Delta and Northern Upper Egypt Governorates: Next day or within 48 hours (up to 72 hours in rare cases).
  • Remote Governorates: 2-3 days (up to 5 days in rare cases).

5. Special Orders from Abroad
